Traditional lentivirus concentration methods often require complex ultracentrifugation equipment, making the process time-consuming and technically demanding.
The Brincase VectorScope™ Lentivirus Concentration Kit utilizes a PEG precipitation method, eliminating the need for ultracentrifugation. Simply mix the lentiviral supernatant with the concentration reagent at the recommended ratio, incubate overnight at 4 °C, and perform centrifugation using a standard laboratory centrifuge to complete the concentration process.
Using this product, lentiviral titers can be increased by up to 100-fold, with a recovery rate exceeding 90%.
High-titer lentivirus is essential for applications such as gene therapy research and cell labeling, as it significantly improves infection efficiency and gene transduction performance. This enables more reliable and robust experimental results for your research.
From packaging design to logistics and transportation, the product is developed and handled under strict quality standards to ensure stable performance.
After thawing, simply dissolve the precipitate and mix thoroughly before use.
Each step is thoughtfully designed to help ensure smooth virus concentration procedures and optimal experimental outcomes. For orders or technical support, contact bd@ebraincase.com or your local sales engineer. We are committed to providing prompt and dedicated assistance.
