Features: Based on wild-type human α-Syn, α-Syn was fused with fluorescent proteins (EGFP/tdTomato) through a 6-histidine (6H) linker. After optimization of seven linker variants, the 6H linker achieved the core characteristics of efficient incorporation of the probe into α-Syn aggregates and the absence of spontaneous self-aggregation.
