Features: This virus product is generated by by mixing two plasmids (EF1α-DIO-FLP and EF1α-FDIO-mYongHong) at a defined ratio to achieve sparse, bright neuronal labeling. In Cre-line mice, local injection typically labels 50–100 neurons, making it ideal for brain regions with few Cre-positive cells.
